Logan Paul announces the 'first official PRIME athletes' in major statement

Logan Paul has announced the 'first official PRIME athletes' in a major statement, having acquired not one but TWO UFC champions.

PRIME, founded by Paul and KSI, have a groundbreaking collaboration with the UFC after agreeing a deal at the start of the year.

They are the official global sports drink of the UFC, which includes Octagon branding and social media content.

The sports drink company has now made deals with individual fighters, with Paul confirming Alexander Volkanovski and Israel Adesanya as their 'first official PRIME athletes'.

The deal comes after the UFC featherweight champion and the UFC middleweight king were filmed training with Paul, who has forged a stellar career in the WWE having competed at WrestleMania 39.

A video of the 28-year-old American grappling with Adesanya went viral, impressing Michael Bisping who has had exchanges with his brother, Jake.

"From what I have seen when I see him do interviews and podcasts, he seems like he's got his sh*t together and obviously believes in himself."

Adesanya regained the UFC middleweight championship in his last outing as he exacted revenge against Alex Pereira.

He knocked out his Brazilian rival in a stunning stoppage victory at UFC 287 last April.

As for Volkanovski, the 145lbs title holder is coming off the first loss of his incredible UFC career, having suffered a defeat to Islam Makhachev for the UFC lightweight strap.
