Joe Rogan says he's too 'banged up' to take part in an exhibition bout, but reckons he could 'f**k some people up'.

The UFC commentator has no interest in stepping inside a ring or cage for an exhibition bout despite his extensive background in martial arts.

The 54-year-old is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner and has an impressive striking game, having showed off his powerful leg kicks.

But don't expect Rogan to face off against a celebrity opponent any time soon as he claimed he's too 'banged up' and 'old' to compete.

However, he believes he could 'f**k some people up' considering his skill set.

Speaking on his podcast, he said: "I’m too banged up. I’m too old. I’m not interested anymore.

"Probably I could f**k some people up. I’m not interested."

Boxing legend Mike Tyson came out of retirement to face Roy Jones Jr in an exhibition bout in 2020.

And Rogan spoke highly of 'Iron' Mike's comeback amid a potential showdown against Logan or Jake Paul.

"Some guys can keep it up," he added. "Like Floyd, 45 years old looks f**king amazing. The best example is Mike Tyson. He is 55 years old and they’re still talking about him fighting either Logan or Jake Paul. Like that is crazy. And I don’t know what would happen.

"You know what’s crazy? Floyd is still doing these exhibitions making millions. He was holding the ring card girl’s cards and walking around. He held up the card between rounds and Floyd walked around with the card, he put on a show.

"It’s really smart. Because he’s given them their money’s worth. It’s not just a boxing exhibition. He’s putting on a show. He’s laughing and dancing. He’s got a big smile on his face while the fights going on."
