Amongst the kind of £89 million deal that takes Paul Pogba to Manchester United any summer transfer window also has some bargains and this summer Real Madrid defender Pepe could be the best value around, at zero cost!
The big transfer deals are always fun to find being announced, especially as these days we have to work out if it's a transfer record or not based on the exchange rate to the Euro.

Bargain deals on the other hand seem to be over much quicker and there's nothing more satisfactory than getting a deal over the lines, especially for Jim White who reportedly orgasms at every deal confirmation.

The lure of a Champions League winning centre back on a free deal could be one that tempts City to really push for a move for him.
PSG will be looking to add more Champions League pedigree to their side after the collapse against Barcelona that saw them knocked out after a 4-0 first leg win.
Whoever does sign Pepe will be getting a winner for free, a real bargain!
