Surely now it's time for Louis van Gaal to go and Manchester United to announce Jose Mourinho as their new manager. Jose is so desperate to be around sport he popped along to the Anthony Joshua fight on Saturday night on his own!
The Special One has been out of work since November when Chelsea sacked him and pretty much since that moment he's been linked with a move to Old Trafford and that's surely getting closer with each failed match for LvG.
United's latest transfer link is another nudge towards the former Real Madrid manager. According to Italian journalist, and transfer rumour expert, Di Marzio the Red Devils have been in talks with Roma's Kostas Manolas a player who the then Chelsea boss tried to sign earlier this season.
Of course there's no guarantee that United going for a former Mourinho target means that LvG couldn't also be looking at the player but with Zlatan Ibrahimovic, a Mourinho ally, reportedly interest in a move to United as long as Van Gaal isn't still in the job, it all starts to add up.

A move for Manolas would be a bit complicated as AS Roma only own half of the player and would either need to pay another £6.5 million to buy him outright or pay half of whatever a buying club would pay to Olympiakos.
