After failing to agree a new contract at Arsenal, Alexis Sanchez is heading into the final year of his deal with the player a free agent at the end of the season. Needless to say, he's attracting plenty of interest.

Manchester City and Bayern Munich have reportedly expressed a desire in acquiring his services. Not to mention the free-spending Ligue 1 leaders.

Alves and Sanchez enjoyed time together at the Camp Nou with Barcelona, and he'd welcome the Chilean to the French capital.

"It's always difficult to have players like Alexis against you, with this quality and level but we've been concentrating the whole game and we've done a great job," he told told Radio ADN via Yahoo Sport.

Could Sanchez swap London for Paris? Well, Alves has had his say: "It's a possibility but there are several teams that want him."

"I want him to be happy wherever he goes, but if it's with us, it's better," he added.

Imagine Mbappe, Sanchez and Neymar as an attacking trident. Good lord, the thought of that strike-force is terrifying.

But just like Alves alluded to, Sanchez is being courted by a host of sides. Pep Guardiola is hellbent on reuniting with his former player at City.

The Blues failed in their pursuit in the summer, though it appears they could test Arsenal's resolve once again when the transfer window reopens in January.
