However, the Portuguese superstar's future remains in doubt at the Old Lady as his current deal is set to expire next month.
Ronaldo, who has lifted two Serie A titles and two Italian Super Cups with Juventus, arrived in Turin in 2018 as part of a £99.2m move from Madrid.
The Juventus forward shared a close relationship with Zidane at Madrid as the pair captured the La Liga title, three consecutive Champions League trophies and a Spanish Super Cup.

When asked if a sensational return to Madrid could be on the cards for Ronaldo, Zidane responded: "Rumours about Ronaldo's return to Real Madrid are true?
"Yes, it could be... we know Cristiano but he's a Juve player now, and we have to honour this, he's playing for another club.
"Now let us see what the future will be."
Ronaldo was subjected to scathing criticism from Fabio Capello and Alessandro Del Piero over his performance in Juventus' Champions League exit at the hands of Porto.
Ronaldo's hat-trick sealed an important three points for Juventus as the defending Italian champions continue to keep pace in the Serie A title race.
However, the former Manchester United star was fortunate to escape a red card after he caught Cagliari's Alessio Cragno in the face with a high boot as they competed for a cross.
Despite the controversy surrounding Ronaldo's challenge, the Juventus star took to social media after the match and sent an emotional tribute to Pele after climbing ahead of him in the goalscoring charts.
