Wolves Rinse Granit Xhaka's Defending Against Adama Traore In Brutal Tik-Tok

Wolves Rinse Granit Xhaka's Defending Against Adama Traore In Brutal Tik-Tok

Wolves have brutally mocked Granit Xhaka for the manner in which he defended against winger Adama Traore.

Nuno Espirito Santo's side won 2-1 at the Emirates last Sunday, with Pedro Neto and Daniel Podence on the scoresheet either side of Gabriel's equaliser on the half hour mark.

A few days on from the win and the Molineux outfit decided to poke fun at Switzerland international Xhaka on Tik-Tok.

Featuring some comical, flute-heavy music, we see Traore running at Xhaka, who clearly didn't want the smoke whatsoever.

Well aware of the ridiculous speed the former Barcelona academy product has in his locker, Xhaka simply decided to back off against him and let him advance with the ball.

The video was huge on Wolves' Tik-Tok channel and was aptly captioned as, "How NOT to mark Adama Traore".

Xhaka has received a lot of stick for the approach he took against the Premier League's fastest and most powerful player but one fan reckons he did the right thing.

'Gunner Punner' believes Xhaka was wise to not dive in and try and tackle him.

There is no question, however, that Xhaka got absolutely done by Traore for Podence's winning goal. His Maradona past him on the halfway line sent him back to Borussia Monchengladbach.
