What The Sevilla Bench Jokingly Asked Lionel Messi Before He Completed Stunning Comeback

The Sevilla bench were joking with Lionel Messi minutes before he inspired Barcelona to a dramatic draw. Little did they know what was going to happen moments later.

Barcelona were trailing 2-0 to Sevilla over the weekend in the La Liga. Franco Vasquez and Luis Muriel netted for the hosts.

The Colombian subsequently celebrated right in front of Messi who was warming up on the sideline.

Just before the hour mark, Messi was introduced by Ernesto Valverde. And he changed the game on it's head.

Luis Suarez replied in the 88th minute, then Messi completed the stunning comeback a minute later.

But, as Messi whipped off his tracksuit and entered the fray, the Sevilla bench asked him to go easy on them, saying: "Hey Messi, go easy on us?!"

He brilliantly laughed off the comment.

Muriel found out the hard way to never celebrate in front of the legendary Argentinean.
