Everton have been incredibly busy in the summer. Ronald Koeman's side have already completed the signings of Michael Keane, Wayne Rooney, Jordan Pickford, Davy Klaasen, Henry Onyekuru and Sandro Ramirez in the window.

The Toffees have also been linked with several big name players in recent days. On Sunday afternoon, reports emerged that Koeman is ready to table an offer for Theo Walcott, according to The Mirror.

Everton have now been linked with yet another Premier League player as they look to build ahead of their Premier League opener against Stoke City at Goodison Park.

Chelsea striker Loic Remy struggled to maintain a regular place in Antonio Conte's starting XI last season and it looks like he could make a move this summer.

According to Sky Sports, Ronald Koeman is interested in signing the French forward to replace the recently departed Romelu Lukaku, who joined Manchester United in a £75 million.

The report states that Remy would like to stay at Stamford Bridge but understands that he will have 'limited opportunities next season.

This comes after Chelsea were linked with a move for Pierre Emerick Aubameyang, who has been linked with every club under the sun in recent months.

Remy joined the club in 2014 in a £10m deal from QPR, but the player has struggled to gain any sort of momentum with the champions.

Who remembers this goal Remy scored against Wigan is 2013:

He has, however, shown glimpses of brilliance in a Chelsea shirt and that will encourage Everton fans who have their doubts.

Everton's Yannick Bolasie is still nursing a serious knee injury, and is expected to be sidelined until Christmas, so Remy's ability to play both as a striker and winger will be an attractive trait for Koeman.

Do you think Remy would be a good signing for Everton?
