Don't expect Nemanja Matic to adopt a similar haircut to United teammate Paul Pogba anytime soon.

Pogba's extravagant playing style reflects his appearance including his ever-changing hair.

He donned a blue look ahead of the Manchester derby, with the French midfielder bagging a brilliant brace as his side came from two down to win 3-2, preventing City from winning the league title that day.

While United will be hoping for a second place finish in the Premier League, Jose Mourinho's charges can still get their hands on silverware in the shape of the FA Cup.

And ahead of the semi-final clash vs. Spurs, Matic has reflected on his 2017 FA Cup wonder goal against the same opposition while weighing in on Pogba's hair.

When asked if he'd sport a haircut like his club colleague, he replied: "No, I have kids - if I do that my son is going to do the same; I have to have serious hair like Gary Neville," Matic told Guardian.

"No, I'm just simple."

Then-Chelsea player Matic netted an unbelievable strike against Spurs in last seasons FA Cup campaign, and it's a goal he'll never forget.

"It was amazing I scored that goal - I was really happy and I'll never forget.

"It's difficult to say if this was my best but one of maybe the three best and most important goals in my life."

Matic added: "This represents United's last hope of a trophy. The FA Cup is very important for every team. The Premier League is most important in England, but the Cup is second.

"I'm sure it is not but to finish second in the league is not bad. We always want more and try to be first."
