Jose Mourinho was unable to hide his positive feelings for Paul Pogba during the latest episode of All or Nothing.

The former Manchester United manager had a turbulent and at times, volatile relationship with Pogba during his time at Old Trafford but two years after getting the sack, it's clear that Mourinho still has huge respect for the Frenchman's talent.

Back in June, Pogba, who had not played for almost six months because of an ankle injury, emerged as a second-half substitute during Spurs' clash against United, and made all the difference with his creativity and flair.

It was something Mourinho was aware of before the 27-year-old came on and won a penalty for his side.

In his half-time team talk at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, with Spurs 1-0 up against United thanks to a Steven Bergwijn finish, the Portuguese manager gave his players some specific instructions for his imminent arrival.

"I think, for sure, sooner or later Pogba is coming. And every time Pogba has the ball, he will have the vision, he will have the quality of pass," Mourinho said in the dressing room.

"So I can imagine Pogba from a position like that [deep right of midfield] to get the ball and to make a beautiful pass here for Marcus Rashford to go.

"So Pogba will improve the quality of passing, so we need to press him. And we need to control what is far from him."

"They want to press all the time. You need to measure the risk, don't make mistakes, don't attract the pressure.

"One thing is to play short - one pass, another pass and then we go - another thing is pass here, pass here, pass there because you are attracting the pressure.

"There is a lot of space to counter-attack and to kill them."

Mourinho then shouted: "Don't let Pogba shoot! If he approaches the box, press the ball if he shoots!"

The game finished 1-1 after Bruno Fernandes converted from the spot but it was the positive performance of Pogba that grabbed the headlines.
