Neymar Reveals Why He Doesn’t Want A Premier League Move Ahead Of Signing New PSG Contract
Paris Saint-Germain superstar Neymar has claimed that the physicality of the Premier League has 'put him off' from playing in England's top-flight league.
The 28-year-old Brazilian winger, who was linked with a return to Barcelona in recent seasons, is set to commit his future to PSG by penning a four-year deal.
However, Neymar would easily attract the interest of the Premier League's elite clubs if he wanted to make the move to the UK.
The former Barcelona star admitted that he doesn't watch a lot of the Premier League, but he has heard there is a "lot of physical contact involved."
And Neymar also vented his frustrations at the amount of physical contact involved in Ligue 1.
The Brazil international told The Daily Mail: "I do not get to watch a lot of the Premier League, but I have heard that there's a lot of physical contact involved in the game...

"But the French league also has too much physical contact!"
Neymar has continued to add silverware to his cabinet thanks to PSG's domestic dominance.
Neymar has insisted that he still wants to lead PSG to the sought-after European trophy.
And the PSG forward is also eager to capture major silverware at international level as he eyes up the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
"I want to win the Champions League with PSG -- and the World Cup with Brazil national team," Neymar said.
"Outside the pitch... I think that 2020 changed our hopes and expectations, right?
"The pandemic forced us to think differently, so I think that I'd really like to be able to hug everyone like we used to do before all of this happened."
