The former England star is due to appear in court over his alleged racist remarks, but his case has been delayed.
'Gazza' has been accused of racially aggravated abuse after allegedly making a 'joke' about a black bouncer. The 'joke' reportedly is about a black bouncer where he couldn't tell whether the man was smiling or not as he was standing in a dark area, according to Digital Spy.
The alleged remarks took place at a question and answer event in Wolverhampton of November last year, whereby after the event Police were notified of an complaint thus investigating the ex-Newcastle and Spurs player.

The 49-year-was originally expected to face the judge today, but the case has been delayed who will now appear in Dudley Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, June 22.
