Liverpool fans may have breathed a huge collective sigh of relief when Mario Balotelli was finally shown the door after two disastrous seasons at Anfield (one of which was spent on loan at AC Milan), and now the Italian striker has revealed that the feeling is more than mutual.
During a recent interview, Balotelli was asked a plethora of questions, some about how he's finding life in France, some on more harder hitting issues such as racism as well as a few loaded questions about Zlatan Ibrahimovic and, more pertinently, his time at Liverpool.

Then, the topic of Balotelli's time in Merseyside and, although he was glowing in his praise for the fans, he wasn't a fan of the city itself.

As it happens, Balotelli is more of a Manchester fan. Unsurprising, given he lifted the FA Cup and Premier League during his time as a Manchester City player.
The former Internazionale youngster also revealed that Barcelona once made an approach for him but his club at the time, who he does not name, priced the Italian international out of a move to the Camp Nou.

Balotelli has rediscovered some of his best form since moving to OGC Nice, last Summer, firing home 12 goals in 21 appearances for the Ligue Un title challengers.
