Harry Kane Set To Be Out For Two Months After Injuring Ankle Ligaments

Bad news Spurs fans.

Tottenham Hotspurs striker Harry Kane has suffered ankle ligament damage and is set to be out of action for two months though the club have not put a time frame on his return. Worrying news.

The 23-year-old was on the score sheet on Sunday as Spurs beat Sunderland by the one goal but a clash late in the game with Papy Djilobodji meant Kane had to be stretchered off.

Undergoing scans proved no fracture, but he did tweak his ankle ligaments as confirmed by boss Mauricio Pochettino.

Needless to say, his injury was the subject of discussion on Twitter:

Is the Argentine gaffer to blame?

Good news City fans.

Over to Vincent Janssen.

Could it be longer than two months.
