Guardiola Turns Out In Manchester City Press vs Staff Game, Sends Opponent To The Shops
Manchester City staged a game between reporters and members of staff at the club on the Etihad Stadium pitch yesterday and manager Pep Guardiola made an appearance.
The City boss donned the sky blue shirt for the Premier League title ceremony on Thursday and he pulled on this season's maroon away shirt on Friday to give the office staff a helping hand in the charity game.

He's known for being a genius of a coach, and one who has broke records and achieved success wherever he has gone, but the Catalan was an intelligent central midfielder and a key member of Johan Cruyff's Barcelona 'Dream Team' in his pomp.
At 47, his fitness levels are a far cry from what they once were but he proved his football brain is very much still there when he sent El Chiringuito presenter Jose Alvarez Haya to the shops with a sharp turn on the ball.

Alvarez had earlier got an applause from Guardiola for a lovely free-kick he scored, but he got done big-time there.

City's side, which also contained legend Paul Dickov, beat the media team 5-4 in an entertaining encounter. You can see highlights of the game, including Pep's cameo, around 14 minutes in here:
