After a frustrating experience in his first World Cup, Mohamed Salah's home address in his native Egypt was leaked online and led to huge crowds gathering outside his house.
Salah's record-breaking season for Liverpool saw him score 44 goals and pick up the Golden Boot amongst several other individual accolades, but he's endured a disappointing couple of weeks of late - starting with leaving the pitch in tears in the Champions League final after his first half shoulder injury.
The former Roma man would find the net twice in Russia but Egypt's first World Cup since 1990 ended in the group stages following three defeats out of three.
When you throw in the recent image rights issues and reported problems with the Egyptian FA in with all that, it would be perfectly understandable for Salah to want some time alone.
Yet when loads of fans flocked at his residence, the humble national hero didn't leave them disappointed. Images of him coming out of his house to take pictures and sign autographs have been doing the rounds on social media, further highlighting how much of a top bloke Salah is.

Following their early World Cup exits, Salah, along with Senegal's Sadio Mane, will now join get a proper pre-season under their belt and are expected to be part of their July tour of the United States, where they will take on Borussia Dortmund, Manchester City and Manchester United.
