Roger Federer has pipped Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi to become the world's highest-paid male athlete for 2020.

Forbes have revealed their world's highest-paid male athletes for 2020 with the Swiss tennis superstar crowned No.1 for the first time.

Federer, 38, earned a whopping $106.3 million with Ronaldo and Messi earning $105 million and $104 million, respectively.

Neymar, LeBron James, Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant, Tiger Woods, Kirk Cousins and Carson Wentz make up the top ten.

Tyson Fury, Lewis Hamilton, Conor McGregor and Anthony Joshua also earned a spot in the top 20.
