Juventus will look to continue their good form in Europe when they take on Bayer Leverkusen on Wednesday, and you can watch it LIVE.

The Italian champions are top of Group D and are undefeated in five games as they continue their attempt to be champions of Europe for the first time in 23 years.

Only Bayer stand between them and an undefeated group stage but the Germans still harbour hopes of going through and you can stream the game live.

What TV channel is it on?

BT Sport will show every game from the Champions League LIVE in the UK this season.

The match will be on BT Sport on the red button option, with all the goals also available on the Goals Show on BT Sport 1.

How can I stream it?

The BT Sport App is available on all iOS and Android devices.

It is also available on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 game consoles as well as select Smart TV's.

Some EE mobile phone customers can also access the BT Sport app depending on what plan they are subscribed to.

What time is kick-off?

The game will kick-off at 8pm UK time.

The players will be kicking off at 9pm local time in Germany.

It is one of six Champions League games to kick-off at 8pm with two other games set to begin at the earlier time of 5.55pm.

What is the state of Group D?

Juventus are already guaranteed to go through as top of the group no matter what the results or on Wednesday.

Leverkusen have to win to have any chance of going through and hope that Atletico Madrid fail to beat Lokomotiv Moscow.

Their head-to-head with the Spanish side means that a point for the Germans, even with an Atleti loss, wouldn't be enough.

What happened the last time these two sides met?.

Juventus were pretty easy winners on Matchday Two, running out with a 3-0 victory thanks to goals from Gonzalo Higuain, Federico Bernardeschi and Cristiano Ronaldo.
