Napoli star Khvicha Kvaratskhelia showed off some insane skills during Georgia's recent Euro 2024 qualifying win, and its blown fans' minds.

It's fair to say that a year ago few football fans had heard of Kvaratskhelia, who moved from Georgian side Dinamo Batumi to Napoli last summer.

Before that he'd been playing for Rubin Kazan but the invasion by Russia on Ukraine allowed him to leave and move back to his home country.

Nearly 12 months later and his silky smooth skills used to help Napoli become Serie A champions for the first time in 33 years have caught everyone's attention.

Many people first took notice of him when he helped destroy Liverpool in the Champions League group stages, and he quickly earned the nickname Kvaradona referencing Naples legend Diego Maradona.

He scored 12 goals and put on another 10 assists and was arguable just as necessary to Luciano Spalletti's team as Victor Osimhen.

The club even signed him to a new deal mid-season to ward off interest from any one else, although he's still not earning mega money.

Now the 22-year-old has continued his amazing form even though it's the summer, showing off amazing skilly during Georgia's Euro 2024 qualifying win over Cyprus last Saturday.

Moving at a decent speed the forward managed to drag the ball back and then pull it forward and beat the defender all ends up, in seemingly one flowing movement.

If that wasn't enough he then accelerated into the box and clipped the ball past the next defender coming in to try and get the ball away from him.

Quite frankly the only thing more impressive would be trying to spell his name correctly without looking it up first, and fans agreed.

"Reminiscent of the way the ball was glued to Iniesta's boot as he dribbled," one said, favourably comparing the forward to one of the all time greats.

"I could practice that 1,000,000 times and succeed 0," added a second.

Making a huge prediction, another supporter proclaimed: "I genuinely believe within the next 12 months he will be the talk of the footballing world and will have a BIG MONEY move somewhere and will be mentioned in the same bracket as Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland."

"Insane ability. What a talent. The amount of practice the lad must have put in during his lifetime growing up to have that level of control while dribbling near full speed," stated a fourth.

"One of the craziest things I’ve seen in live play in 20 years honestly," praised another.

And another stated: "I need this guy in the Premier League!"

After earning four points from their first two games in the group Georgia face Scotland on Tuesday night, who have a 100% record in Group A.
