Fan captures Elneny's entire cameo against West Ham, Dani Ceballos produces bizarre reaction

Mohamed Elneny's appearance for Arsenal lasted 20 seconds.

A fan has hilariously captured Mohamed Elneny's entire cameo against West Ham United, prompting a bizarre reaction from ex-Arsenal star Dani Ceballos.

Arsenal came from behind to beat West Ham 3-1 to stretch their lead at the top of the Premier League table by seven points.

They went behind when Said Benrahma converted a first-half penalty, but the Gunners hit back with a fine second-half display, scoring three goals without reply.

Bukayo Saka levelled proceedings, with Gabriel Martinelli putting his side in the lead five minutes later. Eddie Nketiah added a third.

Despite the goals, one of the other main highlights from Arsenal's victory was that of Elneny's cameo in stoppage time.

He entered the fray in the 95th minute after replacing Thomas Partey, but the Egyptian didn't get a kick of the ball as his showing lasted a mere 20 seconds.

A fan has captured Elneny's Arsenal showing and it makes for brilliant viewing.

But the midfielder's outing was appreciated by former Arsenal man Ceballos, who called him an 'incredible professional' and a 'luxury player' for Arsenal.

"Incredible professional, incredible teammate. More players like that in football. A luxury player for the Arsenal," the Spaniard tweeted.

Arsenal, meanwhile, sit at the top of the league and Mikel Arteta praised his side's showing and mentioned Arsene Wenger, who was at the Emirates on Boxing Day.

"It is a really special day because Boxing Day is a beautiful day to play football and I thought the performance was at the level today that we deserve," he said.

"Hopefully he [Wenger] will like it."

On Wenger being at the ground, Arteta added: "His presence is something that has to be very, very attached to this football club so thanks [to him] for doing that because it means a lot for everybody at the club.

"Hopefully he is willing to spend more time with us and be around us because he is such an influence."
