Guardiola was asked about the reports linking him with the Brazil job ahead of his side's huge fixture against Liverpool.

But he remained tight-lipped and didn't give too much away.

He said: "Brazil has very good Brazilian coaches who have to coach the national team... There are very good Brazilian coaches. Debate closed!"

If Guardiola accepts Brazil's offer, then it'd be his first coaching gig at international level, having managed Barcelona and Bayern Munich.

He's enjoyed tremendous success at Barca, Bayern as well as Man City, with a switch to international management on the table.
