Paul Pogba completed a brilliant team move.

A video of Jose Mourinho's Manchester United 'out-pepping' Pep Guardiola's Manchester City has gone viral.

Twitter user @Iconic_Mourinho has shared a stunning clip of Mourinho's then-Man United team in full flow in the Manchester derby back in 2018.

The footage is from the 2017/18 fixture at the Etihad, where Man United came from two goals down to beat their cross-town rivals 3-2.

Vincent Kompany and Ilkay Gundogan put the hosts two-up in the first half, before the visitors fought back to earn all three points.

Paul Pogba pulled one back in the 53rd minute, then scored again two minutes later to level the match.

And his second goal came in superb fashion, with Man United playing some extraordinary football to score.

The clip begins with a throw in for Man United, with Mourinho's team knocking the ball about at the back.

The ball then goes to Romelu Lukaku, who holds up the ball and plays in Jesse Lingard who sets up Nemanja Matic.

Pogba gets on the ball and sprays it to the left hand side before making a darting run into the box.

Alexis Sanchez brilliantly picks out Pogba with a lofted pass, with the Frenchman getting on the end of the cross and heading home to complete a great team move.

Needless to say, Mourinho's Man United got fans online talking.

One Twitter user wrote: "This is when we had a balanced midfield with Carrick, Herrera and Pogba."

A second wrote: "But Mourinho can only park the bus according to some commentators."

A third added: "The worst thing United did in the last few years was to fire Jose Mourinho. They must be regretting it now."

Another commented: "This is so smooth. This is the team United fans wish they had now."

It's a far cry from the football the current team are playing as they slumped to a defeat on the opening weekend of the new Premier League season.

Erik ten Hag's reign as Man United boss got off to an awful start as Brighton beat his team 2-1 at Old Trafford.
