The quickest players in the Premier League have been revealed, with a somewhat surprising budding star coming out on top.
Chelsea's Mykhailo Mudryk, Liverpool's Darwin Nunez and Manchester City's Erling Haaland, among others, have been some of the standout players in terms of speed.
Mudryk burst onto the Premier League scene after making a blistering debut against Liverpool, where he registered a top speed of 36.63 km/h.

Nunez and Haaland have also shown off their searing pace in England's top flight, but none of the three players top the list of quickest players in the league.
According to Squawka, Nottingham Forest starlet Brennan Johnson is the fastest player in the league, having clocked a top speed of 36.7 km/h.
Mudryk's 36.6 km/h is the second fastest speed recorded in the league ahead of Everton's Anthony Gordon, the aforementioned Nunez and Wolves' Matheus Nunes.

Haaland, Denis Zakaria and Kieran Tierney are sixth, seventh and eighth respectively. Gabriel Martinelli and Marcus Rashford make up the top ten.

Johnson, 21, has been a bright spot for Forest this season, scoring seven league goals in his first term in England's top flight. It comes after he bagged an impressive 16 goals in his side's promotion-winning campaign.
