WATCH: This May Well Be The Worst Miss You'll Ever See

We are all guilty of missing a sitter.

It happens. Even the best can spurn a golden opportunity from time to time as sometimes you just get it all wrong.

There's nothing worse than missing an open goal and there's another horrendous miss to add to the collection.

In the Croatian league match between NK Lucko, striker Borna Petrovic somehow managed to miss despite being virtually on the goal-line.

Now to be fair, the ball does come change direction when the cut-back is diverted towards him by a teammate but it's not at a particular fast speed.

If you're a striker, there are no excuses for missing from such a position but the 19-year old manages to miss the ball and get the most unclean contact known to man and ses the ball bounce off his standing foot.

Back in November, there was another hopeless miss in the big game between Lokomotiva and Turbine in the lower leagues in Belgrade

A striker nipped the ball off the goalkeeper and with an open goal gaping, managed to spoon the ball over.

We've probably all done this at Sunday League level, mind, so we all know the pain.
