It's blew up big-time.

It seems all you need to do if you want big numbers on a Tweet is find a picture of Leroy Sane's throat looking like Iain Dowie is living inside it.

That's what Ipswich fan Kieran Spratt did this afternoon - and his retweets and likes went through the roof as a result.

City winger Sane cut a frustrated figure as City were held to a 0-0 draw at Selhurst Park, where Crystal Palace became only the second side to take points of Pep Guardiola's Premier League side this season.

Timothy Fosu-Mensah, on loan from Manchester United, won their duel in the game and Sane was totally ineffective.

But maybe his poor display was caused by former Palace player and manager Dowie, who had sneaked into the German's throat and put him off his game?

It's genuinely incredible, isn't it? Kieran is racking up the numbers and they just keep on rolling in. It certainly calls for a celebratory trip to Greggs.

As it turns out, Sane isn't the only player to have a football figure immersed into a body part. In September, Alexandre Pato posted a picture of his knee - with it looking like Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp was living in it.

Posting on his Instagram story, the 27-year old reckons that Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is living in his left knee.

Pato attached the picture with text that read "Klopp are you here???" accompanied by three laughing emojis and a tag for Liverpool's official page.

If you take a good hard look at the former ACMilan, Chelsea and Villarreal man's knee, it genuinely looks like the face of the Klopp, and it clearly gave Pato a good giggle.

Taking a complete random guess, I reckon we'll soon found out that Paul Merson is living in Alexis Sanchez's ankle.
