Lionel Messi's sons really enjoyed watching their dad score a brilliant free kick on Saturday evening, as their celebration went viral.

It's not been a good season for Barcelona or Messi up to now, with the 33-year-old likely just seeing out the time on his contract before he can leave for free in the summer.

Recent weeks have seen the six time Ballon d'Or winner get back into form and he scored a brace against Athletic Bilbao on Wednesday.

On Saturday night Messi followed up with another two goals, this time against Granada. His first was a lovely striker from inside the box and he followed it up with a brilliant free kick.

The set piece would have delighted all Barca fans but, in the Messi household, sons Matteo and Ciro enjoyed it more than most, as their celebrations showed.

Antoine Griezmann opened the scoring on the night after just 12 minutes. Messi than grabbed his brace, with the free kick the second goal, with two strikes in just seven minutes, giving Ronald Koeman's side a strong lead at half time.

After the break Griezmann grabbed his own brace, scoring the fourth just after the hour mark, and the three points leaves the Catalan giants just four points behind Atletico Madrid, although Diego Simeone's side have three games in hand.

Despite Messi's poor form his two goals actually took him to 11 for the season in La Liga, making him the top scorer in Spain's top division so far.
