Cristiano Ronaldo And Patrice Evra Troll Rio Ferdinand Over His Workout

Rio Ferdinand is an absolute slave to his daily workout routine - even if it means getting a lot of stick from his former Manchester United team-mates Cristiano Ronaldo and Patrice Evra.

The now retired ex-England international is constantly showing off on Instagram and Twitter with his latest exercise programme, some of which start at a brutally early time in the morning.

And today was no different, with Ferdinand showing his millions of followers his so-called 'bear crawls' with some rather large looking weights:

To be fair, it looked impressive enough to us, and whilst it might look like an odd technique, Rio crawls are definitely a lot harder than they look.

However, that didn't particularly matter to Evra and Ronaldo, both of whom gave their former Red Devils colleague an absolute trolling - with the entire world watching on:

They might have won a European Cup together, but it seems there's still absolutely no mercy on social media between the trio.

Don't worry, Rio - we know what you were doing.

The trio have a history of dishing out banter on social media.

Back in October, Ronaldo let Rio know he wasn't too impressed with a routine he posted.

However Rio wasn't finished there. The former West Ham youngster had some more advice for the Portuguese forward. After his crawling routine the former host of 'Merkerd' next posted a video, this time directed at Ronaldo, to help the Real Madrid player with his upper body strength:

Ronaldo was obviously too busy to reply this time but the same couldn't be said of Juventus left back Patrice Evra who got himself involved. Evra's response was typically brilliant:

Patrice Evra regularly lets fans know that he's enjoying living life by posting various videos of him getting a groove on, and of course telling us how much he "loves this game".

However Ferdinand has been critical of his former teammate's dance moves in the past and grilled him back in December.
