Tiemoue Bakayoko has finally scored his first goal for Chelsea - and that could mean a new hair colour for the Frenchman.

The Blues midfielder said recently that he would change his hair colour after breaking his duck for the club, hinting that it could be blue for the Premier League champions.

"As soon as I score a goal I will change the colour of my hair. Possibly to blue. I like changing the colour of my hair from time to time," he said via Goal.

Bakayoko added: "I don't go completely over the top, but sometimes I find it brings me good luck. Since the Man City game I put some white in my hair."

And now he might need to go through on that after netting Chelsea's equaliser against Crystal Palace on Saturday.

The defending league champions surprisingly went behind courtesy of an own goal from Cesar Azpilicueta. But Bakayoko got them back level shortly after, heading home to make it 1-1. Wilfried Zaha netted the eventual match winner.

Though we now fully expect Bakayoko to follow through on the promise and bring some blue to the Chelsea team over the next few months.

He was a £40 million summer signing from Monaco in the summer and has added more power and quality to the Chelsea midfield.

That goal is his first in their colours and they'll be hoping he kicks on to grab plenty more throughout this campaign.
