The former Republic of Ireland international had his fair share of run-ins with fellow players, including a long-time feud with Arsenal captain Patrick Vieira and an infamous brutal tackle on Erling Haaland's dad, Alf-Inge Haaland.
Now, Keane has revealed that it wasn't just his opponents that experienced his wrath.
Speaking on the Stick to Football podcast - brought to you by Sky Bet - Keane admitted that he once had argument with United teammate Gary Pallister that resulted in the pair not speaking to each other for a whole year.

"Me and 'Palli' [Gary Pallister] didnât speak for about 12 months [he left too early during a night out]. You just have these disagreements [as players]," Keane said.
"Palliâs a good guy â I fell out with 'Giggsy' [Ryan Giggs], he wouldnât do a function one time at the club â I was fuming with him. Me and 'Giggsy' didnât speak for five or six months!"
Keane went on to explain why he was so annoyed by Giggs' behaviour.

"You know [as a player] when you have to do something for your club â nobody wants to do anything at the club. I was like, 'Giggs you have to do what [the club] wants, weâve all done it and itâs just your turn next'.
"Giggs was obviously good with stuff like that [doing functions] â it was just that day which I donât mind, he went, 'Iâm not doing it', and I was just irritated by him â simple as that and we dragged it on for a few months."
