A source has dropped a major update on Mo Salah following speculation over the Egyptian's future at Anfield.
Salah found the back of the net once again against Manchester United on Sunday, curling the ball past Andre Onana in the second half to secure a 3-0 victory for Liverpool.
The Liverpool man was also involved in both of the first-half goals, as he turned provider for Luis Diaz who grabbed a quickfire brace.

While Salah was certainly putting on a show on the pitch, it was what he said off it that made the headlines as the winger addressed his current contract situation after the game on Sky Sports.
Speaking after the 3-0 win, Salah said: "You know this is my last year in the club. I just want to enjoy it."
Salah's current deal at Liverpool runs out at the end of the season after signing an extension in 2022, following his rather damning statement the Sky Sports team pressed Salah on his situation.

"It’s not up to me but no one has spoken to me at the club," he responded.
While this may seem like a total disaster for Liverpool fans, it appears as though the ball is in the club's court as the Liverpool ECHO's sources have claimed Salah would be reluctant to make the move to the SPL.
The report from Paul Gorst reads: "The declining reputation of his former colleague Mane, since his move to the Middle East, has been cited as one reason for why Salah is seemingly against a move to the Saudi Pro League."
Mane joined Al-Nassr in 2023 after just one season at Bayern Munich, but the former Liverpool fan has been playing second fiddle to Cristiano Ronaldo since his move to Saudi.

The Senegalese international scored 12 goals in the SPL last year, compared to the 35 scored by Ronaldo.
With both Salah and Mane the same age at 32, it isn't hard to see why Salah would use his former partner in crime as a good case study to see how his career and reputation may change if he was to take the lucrative move.
