Fans can't believe the question IShowSpeed asked Ronaldo, the Brazilian legend was speechless

Cristiano Ronaldo superfan IShowSpeed linked up with Ronaldo Nazario and asked him quite the question.

Fans have been left in disbelief over the question social media star iShowSpeed asked to Ronaldo Nazario.

The YouTuber, who has developed into a Cristiano Ronaldo superfan, has linked up with a number of famous footballers in recent times.

But they don't come much bigger than two-time Ballon d'Or winner Ronaldo, one of the best strikers ever to play the game.

The Brazilian is about as well-known as they come to football fans but Speed, real name Darren Watkins, wasn't massively familiar with 'R9'.

In fact, he went ahead and asked the former Real Madrid, Barcelona and Inter Milan man if he was the father of his namesake, Ronaldo.

He asked: "You got the same name as Ronaldo, are you Ronaldo's dad?"

Ronaldo, as expected, was completely and utterly confused by the question and replied: "What do you mean? I'm Ronaldo, the first Ronaldo."

Speed wasn't letting up though, continuing: "Exactly, you're the first Ronaldo so are you Ronaldo's dad?"

For people of a certain generation, the 47-year-old is widely deemed to be the "real Ronaldo" or "the original Ronaldo".

The two only ever crossed paths on the pitch on one occasion, during a charity match organised by Real Madrid and Portugal legend Luis Figo.

It took place in 2005 in front of 25,000 fans at the Algarve Stadium and helped raised money for Luis Figo's Foundation and the Ronald McDonald House Charity.

'O Fenomeno' played in the same side as Figo, with Ronaldo on the opposite team.

The older, more experienced Ronaldo bagged a brace in a 2-1. Kaka, Ballon d'Or winner in 2007, played with both Ronaldos but admitted the original was better than the sequel.

He told SPORTbible: "Brazilian Ronaldo was the best player I ever played with. The things I saw that guy do on the field was amazing. Ronaldo was the best I played with, but what Cristiano did - and is doing - is just unreal.

"The most important thing for me about Cristiano is the way he can motivate himself after all the achievements he has got."
