His low drive was hit with conviction and as he wheeled away in celebration, teammate Fernandes had a few words for the Scotsman.
TV cameras picked up the exchange and Fernandes remarks: "Hey, the ball was for me motherf**ker" before embracing.
Both players took to Instagram after the game to continue their back and forth.

Fernandes commented: "Football is really strange, well done Scottynaldinho."
McTominay then replied: "Oi we'll be having words tomorrow me and you."
McTominay also scored in last week's 9-0 thrashing of Southampton and Fernandes celebrated by giving him a little kick on the leg.

Manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is impressed with the 24-year-old who has added more goals to his game this campaign.
"Scott has really, really developed that part of his game this season," Solskjaer told Daily Mail.
"Of course we let him go into the box more often, unleash him. You see that he doesn't mind being in those positions. He's a very good striker of the ball and a very clinical finisher.

"As he was a forward or a striker in his younger days, you can see his authority when he gets a chance to finish."
