Marcos Rojo has posted a hilarious response to his failed rabona last night on his Instagram account.
A video on his Instagram story shows the defender scoring a lovely rabona effort during a United training session.
The 29-year-old captioned the video 'Esta era la idea' with laughing emojis, which roughly translates to 'This was the idea'.

Considering the hilarity of the full-back trying a rabona from that position his response seems to indicate he didn't make much of his effort either.
United were playing in their first Europa League game of the season and hosted Kazakhstan's Astana FC with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer making lots of changes.
Rojo was one of those changes and made his first start of the season.

Marcos Rojo's sole purpose in this United team is to entertain us when the game is crap.- Jordan Clarke (@FourFourJordan) September 19, 2019
Marcos Rojo trying rabona crosses against the champions of Kazakhstan in the Europa League. Honestly, how can it get any better?- Si Lloyd (@SmnLlyd5) September 19, 2019
The cross ultimately hit the first defender and led to nothing substantial for 'The Red Devils'.
The former Sporting Lisbon man was a point of entertainment on an otherwise drab Thursday night.
One person who won't be forgetting the game is teenage sensation Mason Greenwood.
He became United's youngest goalscorer in European football ahead of club legends George Best and Wayne Rooney.
The academy prospect is also the first player born in the 2000's to score for United.

And it just had to be Mason Greenwood :raised_hands:

Despite the idea that Europa League football can be a burden on teams, last night's game showed that United could bring an element of entertainment to the competition.
Especially if Marcos Rojo features.
