The highly-rated forward, who signed from Atletico Madrid in the summer of 2020, was handed a surprise call-up to Argentina's 44-man squad ahead of their World Cup qualifiers against Venezuela and Ecuador.
He then made his Premier League debut, making a cameo appearance against Chelsea.
Garnacho's performances could alert incoming boss Erik ten Hag who's set to make wholesale changes to the squad ahead of the new season.
