James McAtee went through a medical on Tuesday ahead of his season-long loan to Sheffield United from Manchester City, according to a new report.

Encouragingly, it is expected that McAtee will be a starter for the Championship club this season.

McAtee is clearly considered as a part of the City's framework in the years to come after penning a long-term deal in February that will keep him at the Etihad Stadium till at least 2026.
