Floyd Mayweather To Charge Fans £150 For A Photo At Meet-And-Greet Inside Budget Blackpool Hotel

Undefeated boxer Floyd Mayweather will visit the bright lights of Blackpool on March 1st when he hosts a meet-and-greet at the '£38-a-night' Grand Hotel.

As well as visiting the popular seaside resort, the 42-year-old will join fans in several UK destinations on his 'Legendary Icon Tour', including stops at Newcastle, Cardiff, London and Derby.

And in recent days, details of Mayweather's trip to Blackpool have emerged online.

The 42-year-old looks set to charge a pricey £150 for a picture opportunity, while a VIP Platinum ticket will set back guests an eye-watering £2,500, according to The Sun.

In addition, a VIP Gold table for 12 will set you back a hefty £1,800.at the Grand Hotel, which is owned by Britannia Hotels.

Last year, tBritannia Hotels was named as the worst hotel chain in the UK for the seventh year in a row.

The former welterweight champion is expected to 'tell stories from his incredible career' during the event, as well as host a Q&A session.

A description on the Eventim website describes the tour as follows:

"US boxing icon, Floyd Mayweather, announces The Legendary Icon Tour.

"The unbeaten boxing legend has the record of 50-0, having never lost in his 21-year professional career. He's held multiple world titles in five weight classes. The evening will see Floyd 'The Money' Mayweather telling stories from his incredible career, as well as a Q&A, photo opportunities and meet & greet."
