Gervonta Davis has claimed that a super-fight against Ryan Garcia has "already been made" in a deleted Twitter post, where he told the American to "shut up and get ready."

It has been a busy few days for Garcia, who defeated British fighter Luke Campbell on Sunday night for the interim lightweight world title.

'The Flash' was taking a step up in class to fight Olympic champion Campbell for the WBC interim belt and to his credit, the 22-year-old overcome the Brit with a seventh round 'picture perfect' body shot.

He later called out 'Tank' Davis in his post-fight interview, which sparked plenty of conversation amongst fans.

Garcia has since been trading verbal shots with two-weight world champion Davis.

"He knows, we all know what's gonna happen pretty soon." he told TMZ.

"I don't have time for celebrations, I'm on one mission. I'm on a mission to knockout Gervonta Davis in two rounds. Two rounds this man will go down. Two rounds, that's a promise.

"Gervonta, if you do not take this next fight with me you will not be remembered. Your legacy will forever be tainted if you do not accept this fight next. The money's there, everything's there, there's no excuses. You're down in two."

Davis has also been active on social media of late and in a deleted Twitter post, he appeared to confirm the fight against Garcia has "already been made."

"Lol, when have I ever been a bitch?!" Gervonta wrote on Twitter.

"You know who you talked to 10 minutes before your ring walk. The fight's already been made. Now shut up and get ready!"

Meanwhile when asked whether negotiations for a fight against Davis have already taken place, Garcia played down any 'official' talks.

"From what I've known we've had some talks but not like official talks. Nothing crazy, nothing set." he told TMZ.

"Now is the time. He knocked out Leo Santa Cruz, I beat Luke Campbell. This is what the people want to see. Let's make it exciting for the fans, let's give them what they want. Let's do it, man."

In other news, unified lightweight world champion Teofimo Lopez's father, who is also his trainer, was far from impressed with Garcia's win against Luke Cambell.

"What grade do I give Ryan? An A? No, no grade. Luke Campbell was a fighter that was nothing like the guy who fought Jorge Linares or Lomachenko, that was a washed up Luke Campbell. And Luke still dropped Ryan!" said Teofimo Lopez Sr.

"You saw it in a video that's out there, me to Eddie Hearn, I said that Luke was a loser, in that losing was already in his head. And Ryan fought and beat him. I don't know what him and his guys were doing after the win, they were so happy."
