Something tells us Anthony Yigit will be feeling a bit soar this morning.
The Swedish boxer fought hard-hitting Ivan Baranchyk for the vacant IBF light-welterweight world title last night in New Orleans, Louisiana, but he came up short.
Baranchyk, nicknamed 'The Beast', lived up to his moniker by battering Yigit.

He was landing huge right-hands at will, connecting flush on his eye, eventually forcing the stoppage in the seventh round due to a nasty, nasty injury.
Following the end of round 7, the doctor stopped the bout though Yigit protested the decision proving he's hard as nails.
The loss was Yigit's first professional defeat while Baranchyk improves his perfect record to 19-0, collecting a belt in the process.

Baranchyk also advances to the semi-final of the World Boxing Super Series.
