It's not often that a rugby prop finds themselves out on the wing with nothing but green grass and the try line ahead of them.

So when Taniela Tupou found himself in that exact scenario, he made sure to take full advantage of it.

With just nine minutes gone in the second half against the New South Wales Waratahs, the Queensland Reds enforcer received a pass from Bryce Hegarty which put him in a great position to score.

But with a towering defender standing in his path, it was no easy task.

Thankfully for the Reds, their 135kg prop produced a moment of magic that helped the visitors extend their lead even further.

As Tahs flanker Carlo Tizzano closed in on Tupou, the No.3 pulled off a spectacular goose step before effortlessly bulldozing past the defender to score the try.

And considering Tupou's size and height, it makes the flashy piece of skill all the more impressive.

Just imagine Tupou running full pelt at you down the wing... yeah, no thanks.

And it's not the first time the 'Tongan Thor' has showcased his dazzling footwork and quick hands either, just ask the rest of the Super Rugby competition that faces him every week.

The Reds ended up scoring a whopping seven tries which helped them thrash their Aussie rivals 46-14.

Check out Tupou's moment of individual brilliance in the video below!
