Kyle Feldt is not human.

No matter how many times you re-watch it, it still doesn't quite make sense.

Kyle Feldt scored one of the best tries you'll see all season in the North Queensland Cowboys' 19-18 win over local rivals the Brisbane Broncos.

Cowboys winger Feldt went full Inspector Gadget mode over the weekend as he reached out a long, long arm to ground the ball from the tightest of angles.

With Jamayne Isaako, Herbie Farnworth and Jake Turpin tackling Feldt a matter of inches from the line, it looked like the bulldozing winger had been denied an almost-certain try.

But to say that Feldt defied the odds would be an understatement.

At first glance, it looked like he had been held up by the three recovering Broncos defenders.

But just as it looked like he had been stopped in his tracks, Feldt reached out his Go Go Gadget arm and grounded the ball over Farnworth and Isaako's bodies.

It looked like an incredible effort at the time, but the replays of the moment showed just how far Feldt reached round to score.

And the fact that the tackling bodies completely blocked his vision made the try even more special.

"Oh what a try, it's one of the great put-downs you'll ever see," Fox League commentator Andrew Voss said.

"Has he got three arms? Because the two arms he's got were held up and he's produced another one to force the ball. What a crazy try from Kyle Feldt."

Rugby league great Greg Alexander also chimed in.

"It's quite unbelievable that put down there," Alexander added.

"I was just about to say, the Broncos have done a terrific job to hold up a man who is very dangerous when he gets close to the try line.

"I have never seen anything like that, ever.

"It's like a periscope coming out of a submarine. He was upside down. One of the great all-rounders, Kyle Feldt."

And, of course, fans and experts on social media had an absolute field day when replays of the try circulated online.
