Conor McGregor brutally trolls Harry Styles over Grammy Awards outfit

Conor McGregor brutally trolls Harry Styles over Grammy Awards outfit

The Irishman won't win over any fans with his latest move, taking aim at fan favourite Harry Styles.

Conor McGregor certainly won't win over any fans with his latest move after he took a dig at Harry Styles' outfit he wore to the Grammy Awards.

On the red carpet in Los Angeles, the former One Direction star-turned-solo act donned a daring sequin jumpsuit with his chest on show.

The Hollywood heartthrob is no stranger to switching up his wardrobe, often snapped wearing dresses and skirts which has seen him garner praise from fans.

But it seems his latest item of clothing, despite looking a-million-dollars at the Grammys, hasn't gone down well with one bloke in particular.

UFC megastar McGregor, somewhat of a fashionista himself with his countless suits and shiny watches, has brutally trolled Styles for his outfit choice.

On Twitter, a person replied to the picture of Styles, asking: "What is the first thought that enters your mind when you see this?"

to which the MMA icon replied: "Freestyle wrestling haha."

Yes, in the sport of freestyle wrestling combatants are required to wear sweaty sleeveless singlets.

These jumpsuits can be seen during the Olympics Games and even at collegiate level.

Granted, they're not the most easy-on-the-eye, but Styles' rendition is - well - far more stylish.

And if there's one thing you don't want to do, it's upset Styles' cult following by slating his looks – bad, bad move.

So when people saw McGregor take aim at him, they were quick to leap to the Englishman's defence.

As for McGregor, he has been very busy on social media as he continues his recovery from a devastating leg snap he suffered against Dustin Poirier back in 2021.

From trips on his multi-million-dollar yachts to nights out drinking flashy cocktails at his pub in Dublin, the Irishman's life outside the octagon is on show all the time thanks to his online presence.

But it seems he could could be back on our television screens far sooner than anticipated.

It was recently announced that McGregor and Michael Chandler would be the new coaches for the upcoming series of The Ultimate Fighter series, marking the former dual-division UFC champion's long-awaited comeback.

"We just confirmed the coaches for season 31 of The Ultimate Fighter," UFC president Dana White said in a video.

"Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler will go head-to-head as coaches of The Ultimate Fighter.

"Team McGregor versus Team Chandler. This season premieres Tuesday May 30 and runs through Tuesday August 15 on ESPN and ESPN+.

"Then at the end of the season McGregor and chandler will fight live on ESPN+ PPV and I do not have a date or location for that but we will announce it soon."
