Wrexham’s Hollywood owners Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney have already named their ‘dream’ signing for the club.
The Welsh club sealed their passage to the third tier of English football earlier in the month after a comfortable victory over Forest Green Rovers in League Two.
Phil Parkinson’s men recorded a 6-0 victory thanks to goals from Elliot Lee, Paul Mullin, Ryan Barnett, Jack Marriott and an own goal by Ryan Inniss.

On the back of the win, they successfully secured their status as a League One club, making it back-to-back promotions after securing promotion to League Two from the National League last season.
Looking ahead to the summer transfer window, Wrexham have been linked with a host of different players, including Notts County star Macaulay Langstaff.
However, speaking in 2022, the Wrexham owners both revealed that they would rather sign Lionel Messi over Cristiano Ronaldo if given the choice.

Speaking to Sports Illustrated, McElhenney said: “Messi. I like his size.”
Reynolds added: “I was going to say the same thing.
“I do not sleep on Ronaldo. They're both unbelievable athletes. But I think I'd also take Messi. Gareth Bale wasn't an option, no?”

Reacting to the team’s promotion, manager Parkinson said: “I'm immensely proud of the lads today because, when it mattered most, we've put in our two best performances of the season.
“It's a great achievement for everybody connected with the club. There is a lot of hard work that goes on behind the scenes.”
On social media, Reynolds wrote: “A few years ago, if you told me I would be crying tears of joy over a football match taking place in North Wales, you would be Rob McElhenney.
“Congrats to Wrexham and to my co-chairman in crime. Double up the town! This is the ride of our lives.”
