Cristiano Ronaldo clashing with Thierry Henry and shushing the Arsenal fans is a moment that will go down in history

Never forget.

A video of a young Cristiano Ronaldo shushing Arsenal fans in a classic Premier League meeting has resurfaced online and gone viral ahead of Sunday's big clash.

Manchester United host Arsenal in the standout fixture this weekend, with both clubs in great form ahead of the Old Trafford showdown.

Man United vs. Arsenal is one of most celebrated and iconic fixtures in Premier League history and a moment from their fiery 2005 match has re-emerged online.

And it revolves around Ronaldo, who scored two goals in a famous 4-2 victory at Highbury.

But it wasn't just his goals that got fans talking on that night in North London as Ronaldo stood up against legendary Arsenal striker Thierry Henry and shushed the home fans.

The clip shared online shows Ronaldo clashing with Henry and being subjected to abuse by the Arsenal faithful.

The video rolls on by showing the Portuguese star scoring a goal then taunting the home supporters with a shushing gesture.

He continued to mock the Arsenal fans as he performed the same celebration after scoring another goal.

Man United fans loved Ronaldo bossing Arsenal back in 2005.

One tweeted: "They’ll never be another player like this."

A second wrote: "What a f**king Don man. Imagine an 18 y/o shushing the premier league's best player in his own home ground. He was always destined for greatness."

A third added: "This is why they all hate Ronaldo. At some point, he has punished every one of them."

Fast forward to 2022, and Ronaldo is in contention to start on Sunday as Man United look to continue their impressive streak, having won three league games in a row.

But they face the Gunners who are unbeaten this season and have won their opening five league fixtures.

Will Sunday's game be etched in Man United vs. Arsenal history? Not long to find out.
