After making its long-awaited debut back in March, Europe's new MMA League, the Professional Fighters League (PFL) Europe, is set for its highly-anticipated second night of top quality action on Saturday live and exclusive on DAZN.

PFL Europe got underway in some style in Newcastle earlier on in the year, with big wins for British stars Simeon Powell and Dakota Ditcheva, but now heads to the Verti Music Hall in Berlin, Germany.

Winners from the first event in Newcastle and this weekend's action in Berlin will head to the Zenith in Paris on 30th September for the playoffs, before the big finale where four PFL Europe Champions will be crowned, with $100,000 also up for grabs at the 3Arena in Dublin on 8th December.

Alongside that, the champions will also get the chance to compete in the PFL's regular $1m league.

The event is headlined by home hope Farbod Iran Nezhad in a bantamweight clash with Italy's Francesco Nuzzi.

Nezhad will be aiming to kick things off in style with victory to take his record to 12-2-1, but he has a stiff task against the Italian Nuzzi, who is on a 8-win streak.

That's followed by another Bantamweight clash as another German, Kurshed 'Killer' Kakhorov takes on the vastly-experienced Mokhtar Benkaci.

The 31-year-old Kakhorov has suffered just one defeat from his 10 fights, and will be hoping the home crowd can cheer him on to victory against Benkaci, whose record stands at 20-7-0, and has won his last six bouts.

It's a battle between Ireland and Spain later on in the card as Frans Mlambo and Rachid Haz lock horns in a Bantamweight clash, while rounding off the action at the same weight class is the unbeaten Swedish hope Ali Taleb who takes on Switzerland's Kenji Bortoluzzi.

Unbeaten English hope Lewis McGrillen will be hoping to add to his seven wins when he comes up against Amrali Saydoshurov at bantamweight

In the women's flyweight bracket, Germany's Lorena Cubero will hope that home advantage pays off when she faces Belgium's Griet Eekhout for a place in the play-offs in September.

At women's featherweight, Germany's Christian Breuer will be hoping to build on her first victory last time out against debutant Ruby Mesu from the Netherlands.

There's five lightweight classes on the card, with England's unbeaten prospect Connor Hughes facing Ireland's Dylan Tuke, with the former looking to extend his streak to 7-0-0.

Latvia's 'Pretty Boy' Alex Chizov comes up against Spain's Acoidan Duque, while Radu Maxim from Italy faces the highly-talented and unbeaten Pole Jakub Kaszuba.

Anatolij Baal is another hope on the night as he faces off against Sebastien Guedes from Spain, and the lightweight action is rounded off by the clash between Ireland's John Mitchell and Geysim 'Zidane' Derouiche from France.
