Fans mock Jake Paul after vodka bottle tattoo ‘disappears’ for fight against Tommy Fury

Fans mock Jake Paul after vodka bottle tattoo ‘disappears’ for fight against Tommy Fury

Jake Paul was beaten by Tommy Fury on Sunday night

Fans have mocked Jake Paul after spotting his vodka tattoo had disappeared for his bout against Tommy Fury.

On Sunday night, Paul finally went into the ring with Fury as the pair settled their feud.

After eight rounds, Fury was announced as the winner via split decision.

However, one major talking point from the fight was the fact that Paul’s tattoo was missing.

Prior to the fight, American YouTuber turned boxer Paul was captured getting a tattoo of AU Vodka’s bottle on his arm.

The company’s founder, Charlie Sloth, challenged the American to get the ink on his arm in exchange for $250,000.

Fans took to social media to point out the tattoo’s disappearance during his fight with Fury.

One said: “Did it wash off in the shower?”

Another tweeted: “Fair play to Tommy Fury, punched @jakepaul @AuVodka tattoo off his arm.”

A third fan added: “Jake Paul, what happened to your Au Vodka tattoo last night? It just disappeared.”

Someone else wrote: “Where is the tattoo of the AU vodka bottle on Jake Paul’s arm gone???”

In the aftermath of the fight, Paul congratulated Fury on his win.

The 26-year-old said: “I felt flat, I got sick twice in this camp and injured my arm. It wasn’t my best performance, but I’m not making excuses and I’ll come back stronger.

“All respect to Tommy – he won. I deserve a rematch, I don’t know if I agree with the judges. I’ve already won in life – I have an amazing family, amazing friends and I’ve made it further than I ever thought I would.”

Paul also hinted towards a potential rematch, to which Fury seemed to agree. The Brit said: “This was my first main event. I’m only going to go stronger and bigger. If Jake wants a rematch then bring it on.

“Jake Paul was a proper warrior. He took some good shots and he’s far better than I thought he was.”
