Mike Dean produced a bizarre moment during Chelsea vs. Manchester City - possibly the strangest thing yet of his legendary career.

Dean was in charge of the FA Cup semi-final clash between Chelsea and Man City on Saturday and he didn't disappoint.

In the 30th minute, the star referee strangely performed a 360-degree turn while the game was in flow.

He randomly spun his whole body for no apparent reason in a hilarious sequence which didn't go unnoticed by fans on social media.

One wrote: "Had to be a bet/dare with his mates surely."

A second said: "Someone shouted ref so he looked around is my best guess."

A third added: "The man's so weird. He doing a 360? Lmao."

A fourth commented: "There are just no words for this man anymore."

Dean made some questionable calls during the match as he failed to caution Fernandinho for a reckless tackle in the first half.

Though his decision did not prove costly as the Blues beat the Premier League leaders 1-0 to book a spot in the final.

Hakim Ziyech struck in the second half after being put through by Timo Werner.

Thomas Tuchel's side will face the winner of Leicester vs. Southampton in the FA Cup final on May 15.
