It was branded 'the hardest job in the world' by many because they had to do literally everything for him. From maintaining his garden to organising his bloody wardrobe, Jermain wanted it all.
No joke - Defoe wanted this person to book family outings, creating a global brand for the Jermain Defoe home while producing his very own Iphone app.

Oh yeah, he also wanted you to create his own clothing brand and fragrance.
Although Defoe told the Northern Echo that this job would "support my family who have been trying to run my foundation.", these requirements were surely a little ambitious to say the least.

Don't forget guys, you also had to plan all the annual family events, including Black History Month, and "manage and organise individual family members. (Sandra, Andre, Chonte and Chase.)"
