Tottenham Hotspur Install Toilets For Dogs At New Stadium

What a time to be alive.

The final touches have been applied to Tottenham Hotspur's brand new £1 billion pound stadium.

From the "magic beer" where fans can watch their pint being poured in style, to the world's first ever retractable pitch, this venue has been labelled one of the best in the Premier League for a reason.

And in another impressive feature that has just emerged recently, it has been revealed that the new stadium will include dog toilets.

Disabled fans will be able to take their assistance dogs to two corners of the stadium to relieve themselves.

It was announced last week that Spurs are finally set to open the gates to their brand new stadium, with the club confirming that the first Premier League match will be against Crystal Palace on Wednesday 3rd April.

The North London club released the following statement regarding their new home:

"Following Brighton's victory against Millwall in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup this afternoon, we can confirm that the first Premier League match in our new stadium will be against Crystal Palace on Wednesday 3 April (kick-off time TBC).

"This will be followed on Tuesday 9 April by the first leg of our UEFA Champions League quarter-final against Manchester City, kick-off 8pm.

"We shall now play Brighton in the Premier League at the new stadium on either Tuesday 23 or Wednesday 24 April."

The 62,000 capacity stadium has cost over £700 million to make but it looks every bit of the "world class sports and entertainment destination" description it has been given.

It is the definition of "modern stadia", with a key feature being the world's first ever retractable pitch whereby one surface can slide out and allow for a different kind of football game to take place in the stadium.

Just take a look at this. Incredible.

We can't wait to see Spurs host Crystal Palace on Wednesday 3rd April, to be honest.

It has been a long time coming!
