What A Week It Has Been For Mark Schwarzer’s Son

Unfortunately for Mark Schwarzer he didn't play enough games to pick up a Premier League winners medal and it isn't the first time it has happened.

The goalkeeper was part of the Chelsea squad which won last season's Premier League title but again, didn't play enough games. Although he may be a little disappointed, his son has probably enjoyed one of the best weeks of his life so far.

Speaking on Match of the Day, Schwarzer said: "My son actually said it was probably the best year of his life. The fact that Leicester won the Premier League and Middlesbrough being promoted."

But it didn't stop there.

"He's playing football as well, and he's just been signed up by Fulham as well."

If that's not a good week, then we're not sure what is!
